Tempered glass Conforms to AUSTRALIA AS/NZS 2208 .
All work done on glass (beveling, cutting, bending, etc) must be done before tempering.
FEATURES:
1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.

Moreover, it is the only glass strong enough to withstand high levels of thermal stress, a common reason for breakage in building facade glazing units (see table below). These safety features also make it an exemplary choice for automotive applications. Guaranteeing quality, Rider applies heat soak testing to all of its tempered glass before packaging and loading. It is available in all of Rider's standard float thicknesses and sizes.
Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.

Answer :Seaworthy strong plywood crates with paper interleave . The crates will be very strong and every loading worker has 23 years packed, loading and fixation crates with container experience. And we send the loading pictures for you after we loading .
Q. What is your payment term ?
Answer : Our payment term is T/T 30% in advance ,70% after get the copy of B/L .
If your glass quantity is less, we want to TT 100% . You can payment By T/T, L/C at sight.
Q. Can you supply a free samples ?
Answer: yes, if you want us to provide big size sample according to your requirements, you should pay the cost of production.
