What is curved glass?
As to the curved glass, it includes tempered curved glass and hot bent curved glass. The hot bent curve glass is produced by heating the high quality flat float glass to the softening degree, then through computer control to realize automatic radian changing and adjusting the radian. The tempered curve glass is produced through the mold shaping by computer control and the quick cooling, it possesses characteristic of both hot bent glass and tempered glass.
RIDER TEMPERED GLASS
Tempered glass is produced by heating annealed glass in a furnace to 620C° Progressing from the furnace, the glass is rapidly cooled with jets of cold air, inducing compressive stresses to the surface while the center remains tensile. The result is fully tempered glass 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of equal thickness.

The glass is heated on a mold and bends by its own gravity and then slowly cooled to produce bend/curved /bending/bent glass. Flat glass heated and softened by the curved mold, and then annealing. Then it is made of curved glass. Bending glass is generally processed in an electric furnace. According to cambered surface, bend glass can divide into single curved glass and double curved glass. Single curved glass only has one cambered surface, Bend glass can process into bend insulating glass, bend laminating glass, bend tempered glass etc.

Considering the characteristics of tempered glass, glass size should be confirmed before making production. Once tempered glass size is confirmed, tempered glass can not be made mechanical treatment any more, otherwise, it will be broken. If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to humans.
