Fire-proof toughened safety glass
Fire rated glass is high strength sigle fire proof glass which is processed to float glass by physical and chemical methods in a special tempering furnace!
Features:
1.Fire proof glass can last 90 to 120 minuted in a 1000 degrees frame;
2.High light transmittance & thermal stability;
3.Without self-explosion;
4.Safety perfermance: Even if broken, the fire proof glass will be broken into fragments with no sharp edges;
5.Preventing the spreading of smoke, toxic gas from flame to help evacuate people;
6.In the same thickness, its anti-shocking is roughly 1.5~3 times than tempered glass, 6~12 times than common glass.
Characteristics:
Fire retardant performance: the fire retardant performance of the single fire proof glass belongs to the C kind.
Safety performance: when broken, the fire proof glass will break into small grains with obtuse angles, preventing people from being hurt.
Thermal stability: the single fire proof glass has a much better thermal stability than common tempered glass.
Easy installation: installation method is simple and it is similar to common glass.
Intensity indexes: the intensity performance of single fire proof glass is much higher than single tempered glass, it is about 1.5-3 times stronger than tempered glass.Mainly used in the walls of buildings, especially on the external walls of direct sunlight, can prevent the fire spread from outdoor to indoor.

All work done on glass (beveling, cutting, bending, etc) must be done before tempering.
FEATURES:
1. 5 times harder than ordinary float glass, stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass.
2. Once breakage occurs, the glass disintegrates into small cubical fragments, which are relatively harmless to human body.
3. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220 Centigrade.
4. Sizes are produced as per customer request. Once tempered, it can not be cut down.
